SHIPPING RATES
We offer free shipping on all orders that is above 100,000 naira within Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah, Surulere, and Yaba. For orders less than 100,000 naira, we offer standard ground shipping for a flat fee of 5,000 naira.
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
Our shipping method is through mini buses and vans. Delivery time is 24 hours after payment is made.
Refund Policy
Return your order to us within two (2) days the order was shipped and we will process a full refund back to the original payment method if the package is still new and with purchase receipt.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be happy to replace the previous order if it is purchased within Lagos state in the last 48 hours at no extra cost. For customers outside Lagos state, the cost of logistics will be their responsibility.
To ensure a successful return, please ensure that the item is as in new condition, and you have the original packaging at hand.
